Power Functional Training
A free-body and small equipment-assisted Functional Training, that uses a progressive difficulty system and takes periodization into account.
It includes different types of exercises at a fast pace designed to increase endurance, muscle strength, aerobic capacity and muscle tone. All this without forgetting stretching, which plays an important role to improve overall body flexibility and mobility.
Taiso (体操) means "hardening of the body," and initially the Kokorozashi School proposed it as functional training aimed at the preparation of Competitive Fighters Team. Later, it was modified to make it available to everyone: not only to those who practice combat sports, but to anyone who wishes to improve or recover their physical fitness.
This course offers a balanced discipline that undoubtedly brings physical improvements, reduction of stress and mental fatigue, giving you a healthier body and serenity.
